Job Description:

Provide administrative assistance to the Office Manager and Service Managers.Billing - Generate and review customer invoices with a high level of accuracy.Create spreadsheets and variance reports used in tracking monthly invoicing.Reconcile credit card accounts monthly.Generate and review with a high level of accuracy monthly customer statements.Assist with data analysis and other projects as needed.Strong Customer relations skills.Strong organizational skills.Maintain and update Media platforms. (Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn)Plan, organize & execute company events as needed.Qualifications:Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on data entry for long periods of time.Ability to produce highly accurate work in a productive and efficient time line.Proficient with Microsoft Office Software & AdobeAbility to learn and master specialized Dock Master Software used for the position as well as tooperate all aspects of the business.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Professional, friendly and courteous to all co-workers and customers.Ability to be productive and efficient with a minimal amount of supervision.Minimum of 1 - 3 years of related job experience.The right candidate will be a self-starter and motivated, enjoy a team orientated work environment with interaction between both employees and customers, while also being able to work independently for periods of time. There is opportunity for growth and the potential to take on more responsibilities.
