location-aware applications.About This OpportunityProvide
day-to-day and monthly reporting and analysis, participate in the
closing process by ensuring financial statements are complete and
accurate, and lead the financial planning processes for Sourcing
and Transportation.How You Will Contribute
- Partner with business leaders to help drive initiatives and
profitability of the business
- Prepare and review key performance indicators with business
leaders
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial
statements
- Drive the planning and forecasting process
- Develop monthly analysis of performance
- Present results to business leaders, identifying key trends in
performance
- Improve reporting and analysis processes and initiate
corrective actions
- Review and approve AEs (spend requests) to assist with budget
control and internal control compliance.
- Create ROIs and other analysis to support capital budgeting
process
- Review cost allocations and prepare journal entries to ensure
accurate and complete P&Ls
- Perform maintenance of system hierarchy structures to enable
accurate reporting What We Are Looking For In You
- Financial Knowledge: Understands and can analyze income
statements and balance sheets; experience processing journal
entries and analyzing month-end results is always a plus
- Analytical Skills: Able to structure and process qualitative or
quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions from it; exhibits
a curious mind and provides actionable insights
- Attention to detail: Does not let important details slip
through the cracks or derail a project
- System Proficiency: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and
familiarity with ERP and Query Tools (Power BI, Hyperion,
OneStream, and Oracle).
- Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional teams
throughout the business
- Problem Solving: Provides practical solutions to problems,
participates in product group and matrix partner kaizen events
- Communication: Ability to communicate clearly across multiple
channels of communication (verbal, email, PowerPoint).

enhance the customer's experience

Should Have
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar area of
study
- 2-5 years of financial analysis experience
- Conceptual understanding of US GAAP
- Advanced Technical Skills (E xcel, PPT, Power BI, OneStream)
