This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional, eager to expand their expertise in Workday and advance their career in HRIS.Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR, finance, and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Perform Workday system configurations and implementation of new features and modules.
• Support and guide end users through the testing of new features
• Troubleshoot system issues and answer end-users' queries.
• Create and maintain documentation to support rollouts
• Perform audits to ensure system accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze business processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency.Qualifications
  • Over 4-years experience in Workday implementation (preferred - experience in more than one module)
  • Workday certifications
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with HRIS like Greenhouse and Adaptive are a plus
