Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist We are seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join a dynamic accounting team within a growing organization. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to critical financial processes while supporting internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage and track all incoming invoices and receipts Create, verify, and maintain accurate billing records Ensure timely review, approval, and payment processing of invoices Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the billing process Monitor and process pre-billing activity Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries Assist with cross-training and support within the accounting department as needed Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related accounting function Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains) is a plus Solid understanding of basic accounting principles Skills & Competencies Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data manipulation and accuracy) Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Strong time management and organizational skills Effective written and verbal communication Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Why Apply?
