Global Finance Manager Location: Oxford, CT Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial / Aerospace / Defense NESCO Resource, a leading national staffing firm, is seeking a Global Finance Manager to support the global financial operations of one of our premier clients—an established international manufacturer serving industrial, defense, and aerospace markets. This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong accounting fundamentals, international experience, and a strategic mindset. Base Salary upto $180K depending on qualifications. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and support international accounting ERP and financial reporting processes Partner with and help develop activities for the Shared Services Center located in Poland Review monthly financial statements and provide feedback to local finance teams Analyze and support budgeting and forecasting efforts across international divisions Advise on financial policy and procedural improvements as needed Provide guidance and solutions on operational finance issues Collaborate with the Divisional Manager on business development and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure internal controls are in place and in compliance with corporate policies Prepare various financial and statistical reports Assist divisions in meeting corporate tax requirements Support statutory reporting compliance in international regions Contribute to transfer pricing support and documentation as required Regular, on-site attendance is required for this position. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required) Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting standards Experience with intercompany financial consolidations 5–7 years of progressive finance experience, with international exposure preferred CPA certification or active pursuit of CPA designation is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent time management and multitasking skills Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-service driven Why Work With Us: This is a direct-hire opportunity offering competitive compensation and a full benefits package , including Medical, Dental, and a company-matched 401(k) plan.
