success of every hotel in our portfolio. Your Role: We're seeking
an experienced Accounts Payable & Billing Specialist to support our
Corporate Accounting function. This role is integral to our
day-to-day operations-ensuring vendors are paid accurately,
intercompany billings are on point, and the financial engine behind
our 100 hotels runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Manage and
process a high volume of hotel-related invoices with speed and
accuracy Execute intercompany allocations, billing entries, and
month-end reconciliations Own check runs, ACH and wire payment
entry, and vendor statement resolution Maintain recurring invoice
schedules and track changes from hotel acquisitions/divestitures
Liaise with hotel leaders, department heads, vendors, and municipal
contacts Support audit and tax requests, assist with year-end
processes, and tackle ad hoc finance projects What You Bring:
Degree or certificate in Accounting preferred 5 years of AP/AR
experience; hospitality background a plus Strong Excel proficiency;
Oracle experience is a bonus Exceptional attention to detail,
organizational skills, and the ability to multitask A proactive
