Accounts Payable Specialist - North Haven, CT Onsite |
Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM | $60K-$70K Bonus | 100%

Payable Specialist Position? This is a great opportunity for an
experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join a well-established

Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist Process
approximately 60 vendor invoices per day Match invoices to
subcontracts and purchase orders in the ERP system Ensure timely
and accurate payment processing Maintain electronic AP records and
vendor database Request and track W-9s; prepare and issue 1099s
annually Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status
Review monthly vendor statements for completeness and accuracy
Support additional administrative tasks as needed Qualifications
for the Accounts Payable Specialist 3-5 years of accounts payable
experience Construction or project-based industry experience
preferred Proficiency with ERP systems (Spectrum is a plus) and
Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail, time management, and
