Coordinate and lead external audits to ensure transparency and adherence to accounting standards. Develop and oversee budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with department leaders. Monitor financial performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements. Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax and regulatory documentation. Design and implement internal controls to protect company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
