Job Description Job Description Located in Shelton, WA Salary: $25-$30/hr Job Title: Accounting Generalist(FMLA Coverage - Potential Long-Term) Pay Rate: $25-$30 per hour (based on experience) Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Generalist to provide FMLA coverage. The focus of this position is to manage accounts receivable cash receipts, assist with payables and keep our licenses, permits, tabs, etc. in order as well as semi-annual reporting of taxes. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Enter/post credit card and cash receipts • Process customer credit card payments • Annual FHVUT due 8/30 (Heavy Vehicle Use Tax) • Bi-annual FMSCA/Sam/UC • Keep all licenses (State, County, City) current • Keep all permits (Health, Fire, etc.) current • Maintain property tax spreadsheet • Manage lease payments and calculations • Maintain USCG documentation for large boats • Prepare monthly journal entries for shops • Manage accident/insurance claims • Maintain vehicle and boat tabs • Prepare monthly schedules of product harvest and calculation of lease payments to our leased land owners. Respond to any inquiries as they arise. • Other tasks as needed REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES • Notary certified preferred (company will cover training and fees if not) • Prefer someone with experience in Sage Intacct Online Software • Team and Individual leadership skills • Organization skills • Ability to work independently, at times with little direction • Proficiency with: (Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher) • Excellent verbal/written skills • Well organized and detail oriented • Must maintain positive company morale • Participates in company events, as needed • Regular, reliable, predictable attendance Ways to Apply: (choose one) Resumes may be emailed to jobs.aberdeenwa@expresspros.com Call/Text (360)485-5201 Visit our office 601 W.
