This pivotal role focuses on overseeing risk assessment and mitigation strategies across our vast asset management portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of risk compliance frameworks, financial market trends, and the acumen to manage sophisticated risk models tailored to safeguard our assets and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies and policies for asset management. Analyze and foresee potential market risks and devise preventative measures. Oversee the risk assessment process, ensuring all compliance standards are met. Collaborate with internal teams to align risk management strategies with business objectives. Report on risk management issues and trends to senior stakeholders. Manage a team of risk analysts, providing guidance and expertise in various risk assessment models and techniques. Expertise in risk management methodologies and tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in regulatory compliance and risk management software Excellent leadership and team-management abilities Strong communication and presentation skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Risk Manager (CRM) Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification preferred
