OFFICE MANAGER- SIMONS ARCHITECTSWe are seeking an Office Manager with good communication and organizational skills to oversee the day-to-day functions of our 13-person architecture studio. This person will be a strategic partner that ensures the office runs efficiently and that employees have what they need to be successful.The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional who is passionate about how design contributes to human experience and potential.Business Operation and Administrative Responsibilities

  • Participation in strategic and organizational planning while interfacing with principals, project managers, and marketing support staff
    • Assist Principals in the preparation of agendas for weekly staff and planning meetings
      • Prepare monthly invoices, quarterly reports, projections, and communication with Accountant
        • Assist in the preparation of proposals and contracts
          • Interface with vendors
            • Support staff development and human resource needs, manage policy compliance and health benefits, and assist in scheduling training and reviewsAn ideal candidate would have an appreciation of great design Ability to organize and manage time well Excellent communication skills Upbeat, friendly, and creative problem-solving personality Effectively prioritize tasks and allocate time accordingly Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Google Workspace desired. Familiarity in Adobe Creative Suite and Project Management Software (such as Monograph) desirable, willing to train. Bachelor's Degree in a related field Prior industry experience is valuable but not required Five years of experience in business/office management or complex project management experience requiredJob Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:
