Administrative Specialist II- Academic Affairs

**This position has the opportunity for mostly remote working with
some hybrid requirements
Pay: $19.75 - $22.27 (mid range) Depending on experience.
Under the general direction of the Director and Program Manager the
incumbent will perform a combination of administrative, project and
clerical work. Responsibilities will include maintaining calendars,
scheduling and coordinating staff and other meetings, preparation
of communications, material preparation, spreadsheet reporting and
editing documents, event support. Making travel arrangements. The
ideal candidate is well-organized and detail oriented. This person
must be friendly and have the ability to maintain a high level of
professionalism. This position works with Excel spreadsheets and
Outlook. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is important.
**Experience with Word Press is a plus
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- License/Certifications: N/A
- Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in an
administrative support role required.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and
- Strong interpersonal skills.
