The Office Manager will supervise the front desk, serving as the
main point of contact for clients and visitors, providing
exceptional service that leaves a lasting impression. Take charge
of payroll preparation, ensuring timely and accurate processing to
support our dedicated team. Reconciling monthly bank statements
with precision and efficiency. Review invoices, making copies, and
forwarding them to the relevant departments for approval,
streamlining our accounting processes. Manage all check requests
and invoices diligently, date-stamping them to maintain accurate
records. As the first point of contact, the Office Manager is
responsible for handling calls and general inquiries with
professionalism and courtesy. Showcase your exceptional
organizational skills by assisting with scheduling and calendar
management, optimizing team efficiency. Preferred Qualifications of
the Office Manager: Previous office support experience Accounting
