where every order supports patient care! As a Customer Service
Representative at MMQCI, you’ll play a key role in supporting
customers who rely on our products every day. You’ll be the
friendly first point of contact, helping process orders, answer
questions, and make sure everything runs smoothly from inquiry to
shipment. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s adaptable,
detail-oriented, and excited to grow their skills in a fast-paced
biotech environment where accuracy, communication, and teamwork
matter. Schedule: This position is part-time, up to 25 hrs/week.
What You Will Get to Do: Process customer orders with care and
accuracy Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions
about our products, components, and pricing Serve as the first
point of contact for customer issues and work closely with the
Customer Service Manager Document customer order details in our
customer database Assist with filing and organizing customer
documentation Support packaging, shipping, and order tracking as
needed to ensure timely delivery Required Skills & Experience:
Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and
relevant work experience Strong written and verbal communication
skills, with confidence handling customer calls and emails
Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to stay organized, and
manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Comfortable
using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) High attention
to detail with the ability to work efficiently and accurately
Experience with shipping platforms (FedEx, UPS) or medical /
laboratory environments is a plus Must be a nonsmoker due to
product contamination prevention requirements Ability to sit and
stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs Benefits We Offer:
