This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing and Global Marketing Team! The Digital Marketer will be responsible for impacting growth by designing digital marketing strategy and by executing the vision with the use of best-in-class business-to-business digital marketing programs and tactics. A skilled Digital Marketer should show a high-level competency across a variety of marketing channels and have the required technical skills to put campaigns into production. It is also essential for the Digital Marketer to be able to track and manage performance of the individual and collective initiatives by overseeing and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) attributable to your efforts, such as: Views, Click Rates, Conversion rates, Engagement, Leads, Opportunities. The execution of the marketing strategy should include the following channels: --- Web Content, or Search Engine Optimization --- Email Campaigns --- Paid Search, or PPC --- Social Media (Organic or Paid) --- Account Based Marketing Responsibilities Include: --- Managing the Digital Marketing budget to achieve desired results --- Being the administrator and subject matter expert on the existing MarTech stack --- Manage and update KPIs to report on performance of digital campaigns --- Maintain website to ensure the latest product information, and relevant content is up to date and optimized to improve SEO. --- Lead Digital Marketing Campaign meetings with Product Managers, Content Managers, and Graphic Designers to ensure that the right target audience, relevant content and messaging are identified and produced to assemble impactful digital campaigns. --- The Digital Marketer will have dedicated support from the respective Marketing colleagues who will be responsible to produce content, create graphics and ads, provide segmented distribution lists, and the value proposition and messaging necessary to support your campaigns. --- The infrastructure, processes and supporting professionals are in place, so that you can focus all your efforts on building and managing successful and groundbreaking digital marketing campaigns. Skills Required: --- Ability to create and execute digital marketing campaigns using a campaign brief and collaboration with cross-functional colleagues.--- Understanding of Salesforce, and any relevant integrations to track demand generation in the CRM. --- Ability to conduct keyword research to support SEO. --- Certification with Google Analytics, Google Ads and YouTube Ads is desired.--- Experience with retargeting Ad strategies.--- Experience with PPC. --- Familiarity with Account Based Marketing is a plus.--- Proficiency with the following tools is a plus: o Terminus ----------------------------------------o HubSpot ----------------o Google, YouTube and LinkedIn Ads ------------------------------------------------------------------------o Google Analytics ----------------o Salesforce ----------o WordPress --------------------------o Adobe Creative Tools Requirements: --- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related field.--- At least two years of digital marketing experience.--- Experience in B2B environment is a plus. --
