Summary:**The Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for
managing, building and improving our marketing automation programs
for acquisition, lead generation, nurturing and scoring. Main
responsibilities include the setup, deployment, and management of
email marketing efforts that include the creation of landing pages
and web contact forms. The overall purpose of this position is to
help drive new opportunities to our business by deploying and
managing outbound campaigns, as well as conversion within current
business opportunities.This position reports directly to the
Marketing Automation Manager, and together will be building out the
marketing automation capabilities across the
organization.**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**+ Work
closely with Marketing Operations Manager and team to develop and
manage lead nurturing and management processes+ Technical execution
for email campaigns such as blast and trigger email programs that
include welcome, nurture, retention, cross-sell and upgrade
programs+ Build campaigns and lead-nurturing programs using our
marketing automation tools+ Create and update emails, online forms,
and monthly newsletters to customer, prospects, and partners+ Setup
and execute tactical tasks associated with customized landing
pages, e-mail campaigns and lead scoring rules+ Test pending
campaigns within all browsers/web configurations+ Analyze results
by segment, campaign, company classification, and other key slices
of our market and customer base+ Distill data from analytics and
implement improvements to our lead-generation programs+ Continually
monitor, analyze and tune campaigns to maximize ROI+ Monitor
integration between CRM and Marketing Automation systems+ Optimize
data quality using automated programs to perform regular data
hygiene activities+ Manage marketing campaign execution through
target segmentation, data analytics, list management, and lead
management+ Develop our lead and pipeline nurturing programs and
work with all the Program Managers to ensure they are optimized
with minimal collisions to drive lead conversion and growth of the
business+ Setup all/most email campaigns and test/QA. This will
require email and landing page design troubleshooting (including
minor web development/HTML editing)+ Recommend opportunities for AB
testing across landing pages and emails. Implement testing and
report on those findings to better optimize campaigns.+ Provide
data driven recommendations to better optimize ongoing digital
marketing campaigns+ Keep abreast of current trends, changes, and
news within the marketing automation space and regularly share
information with web team.+ Perform other duties assigned by
manager**Job Specifications**+ Bachelor's degree in marketing,
communications or related field; along with 3-4 years of experience
in marketing, advertising and communications (B2B marketing
experience specifically in Technology industry a plus)+ 1-2 years
experience using a Marketing automation platform (Silverpop
preferred)+ The ideal candidate will have experience marketing SaaS
(Service-as-a-Software) solutions+ Salesforce.com experience+
Outstanding attention to detail and high personal quality
expectations+ Exceptional verbal/written communication skills+
Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage
multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously+ HTML/CSS programming
knowledge+ Knowledge and experience with marketing via multiple
