Job Description Job Description Position Summary We are seeking a reliable School Maintenance Technician to help maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning learning environment. This position performs general repairs, preventative maintenance, and painting throughout the school building and grounds. Responsibilities Perform routine building maintenance and minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry) Prepare and paint classrooms, hallways, offices, dorms, and other areas as needed Complete work orders in a timely manner Maintain school grounds and assist with snow/ice removal Set up and break down for school events Not limited to duties listed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Maintenance or facilities experience preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Dependable and able to work independently Must be able to pass a background check Schedule Full-time position; occasional evenings or weekends may be required.
