Client Details Headquartered out of PA with projects throughout 16 states, healthy pipeline of work in New England Real Estate Management and Development Company Everything is done in-house from the construction to the property management. 250 employees in company - all project management is handled in PA Projects: Luxury Apartments & Townhomes - 9,000 units across 16 different states Description Successfully manage Project from start to finish Provide oversight & leadership to the construction team Communicate successfully with clients Enforcing strict safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies to maintain a secure work environment. Profile 5 yrs of project experience Familiarity with construction software Excellent communication skills Ability to troubleshoot field challenges, manage tight deadlines, and adapt to changing project needs while maintaining quality and safety standards.
