They've also been named a Best Place to Work four years in a row and offer competitive compensation packages that make it a great place to grow your career Description The Project Manager - OPM Firm - Hybrid Flexibility will be responsible for: Act as the Owner's Advocate: Ensure the project aligns with the owner's goals, budget, and vision. Coordinate Project Stakeholders: Serve as the primary liaison between the owner, architects, engineers, contractors, and other project participants. Manage Project Schedule: Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying critical milestones and ensuring deadlines are met. Budget Oversight: Establish, track, and manage project budgets, including cost estimating, tracking, and reporting. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges proactively. Quality Control: Ensure project work meets quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements. Change Management: Manage changes to the project scope, budget, and schedule, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
