looking for dependable, experienced Window Installers who live our

What You’ll Do: Check in daily with the Production Manager to
review projects, answer questions, and confirm expectations Install
replacement windows with a focus on quality, efficiency, and
cleanliness Perform removal of existing windows and ensure proper
fit, insulation, and finish work Maintain a clean and safe
jobsite—inside and out—throughout the installation process Complete
trim work, sealing, and caulking with attention to appearance and
durability Load, transport, and prepare materials for each job as
needed Communicate clearly with homeowners and complete all
end-of-job paperwork Represent the Total Remodeling brand and
values on every job site Who You Are: Experienced in residential
window installation (vinyl experience preferred) Skilled in basic
carpentry and finish work Able to lift heavy materials and perform
physically demanding tasks Highly organized, detail-oriented, and
committed to doing the job right Comfortable interacting with
customers in a professional and respectful manner Licensed and
insured (or able to meet these requirements upon hire) What We
