We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Professional Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Professional Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing surveying projects from start to finish. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Requirements: Responsibilities: Conducting surveys and preparing survey reports Managing surveying projects from start to finish Overseeing surveying teams and ensuring that work is completed to the highest quality standards Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget Preparing and reviewing project plans, specifications, and cost estimates Ensuring that all surveying work complies with relevant regulations and standards Maintaining accurate records and documentation of surveying work Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred Must have a Maine PLS license Minimum of 5 years of experience in surveying and project management Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Sewall is an Equal Employment/Affirmative Action Employer.
