Skills, Experience, Education, and Training: Completed at least two years of college education, working towards a degree in Environmental studies, business, economics, or other related degrees. This program is ideal for students between their sophomore and junior years. Capable take direction from leadership, mentors, and managers to execute projects. Currently enrolled and in good standing at an accredited college/university. Ability to report onsite. This position is not remote. Reliable transportation. Ability to be effective in complex projects with ambiguity or rapid change. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with others in a team environment. Detail-oriented, with an emphasis on accuracy and completeness. Physical Demands: Sit/Stand up for long periods Must be able to lift 25lbs Wear Level D PPE when required: work clothes, safety boots, high visibility clothing, safety glasses, and hard hats. PPE will be provided for this position. This position will report to an Operations Manager. The hourly rate for this position is $18.50 USAW1 USA Waste and Recycling, Inc.
