Job Description Job Description Job Title: Assembler Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for following assembly instructions, ensuring the correct fit of parts and assemblies, and maintaining a safe working environment. Responsibilities Follow assembly instructions, processes, and procedures by reviewing assembly instructions, drawings, and parts lists. Assemble orders by checking for correct fit and securing parts and assemblies. Report any issues related to quality, processes, equipment, and materials to the Team Leader. Provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to procedures, rules, and regulations. Perform other duties as requested by the Team Leader or Manager. Essential Skills Basic reading and math skills. Ability to follow directions meticulously. Ability to perform repetitive tasks. Availability to work overtime and weekends as needed. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Physical capability to stand, walk, and use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls regularly. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rumford, RI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
