$39/hr to $44/hr depending on experience Benefits: Medical, Dental,

Supervisor Responsibilities: Oversee and manage field operations,
ensuring HVAC installations and services are completed efficiently
and to company standards. Lead and mentor a team of technicians,
providing guidance, support, and training as needed. Conduct job
site inspections to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and
customer satisfaction. Coordinate with office staff and customers
to schedule and manage project timelines effectively. Assist in
troubleshooting and resolving escalated technical issues in the
field. Communicate effectively with team members and customers to
ensure a seamless workflow. Working Hours: Regular hours from 7:30
a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Some overtime may be needed depending on the
season. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
5 years of experience in residential and light commercial HVAC
services. Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
within the HVAC industry. Strong problem-solving skills and the
ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Valid driver's
license and insurable driving record. EPA Universal Certification.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Desired Qualifications: NATE Core Certification (If you do not have
your NATE Certification, we offer reimbursement for those who
