The company specializes in high-quality concrete flatwork for commercial, municipal, and residential projects , including sidewalks, curbs, driveways, site concrete, parking lots, and structural flatwork. They are a tight-knit, growing operation with a strong reputation for quality workmanship, long-term client relationships, and repeat business. With a solid backlog of work and continued growth planned into 2026 and beyond, they are looking to bring on a senior-level leader to help oversee and scale operations. The Opportunity Our company is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Superintendent with deep experience in concrete construction. This individual will oversee multiple projects simultaneously and manage Project Managers and field teams. You will be responsible for projects from pre-construction through final closeout , ensuring schedules, budgets, safety, and quality standards are consistently met. This is a leadership role with real influence on operations and future growth. What You'll Be Doing Oversee multiple concrete projects from pre-construction through punch-out Manage and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and field leadership Review contracts, schedules, budgets, and change orders Coordinate with owners, general contractors, inspectors, and internal teams Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget Support estimating and pre-construction efforts as needed Maintain strong client relationships and help drive repeat business What You Need 7-12 years of experience in concrete construction 5 years in a Project Manager or senior leadership role Experience overseeing multiple projects and teams Strong knowledge of concrete flatwork, site concrete, and municipal work Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and client expectations Experience with construction management software (Procore a plus) Commercial and municipal project experience strongly preferred Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 (DOE) Performance-based bonus Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off 401(k) with company match - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
