Job Description:

seeks a dedicated Customer Relationship Advocate at our Merrimack,
NH location. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about
customer service and financial success. As a Customer Relationship
Advocate, you will be instrumental in forging resilient customer
relationships while guiding clients towards financial services that
meet their long-term goals. You'll receive extensive training and
support, enabling you to develop and grow within the company,
ensuring comprehensive understanding and delivery of our vast array
of products such as retirement planning, brokerage services, and
more. Engage directly with clients to understand their financial
needs and provide tailored solutions. Educate clients on our
various financial products and services. Address and resolve client
inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals. Participate
in ongoing professional development and training programs. Maintain
detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
Contribute to the development of client retention strategies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to analyze
financial information Proficiency in CRM software and financial
database navigation Adaptability to various client interaction

Certification in Customer Service (optional but advantageous) FINRA
Series 7 and 63 (not initially required but must be willing to
