--- Advertising Creative Development: Produce eye catching and scroll stopping digital advertising creatives that result in high engagement and action/conversion rates for our ads.
--- Campaign Creative Development: Deliver various types of creative assets required to create and optimize world class marketing funnels with high conversion rates (such as landing pages, checkout pages, banners, eBooks, presentations, etc.)
--- Content/Social Creative Development: Design content and social media creative assets that further our content's reach and make it easy for our audience to discover/consume our content.
--- Design Template Development: Through testing, develop a library of effective templates for each creative type that allow for rapid execution of new campaigns/funnels as we scale.

Required Skills/Experience:
--- 5+ years experience producing effective digital marketing and advertising creatives that convert. --- Degree in Graphic Design, or similar.
--- Deep understanding of conversion design and direct response marketing principles. --- Highly skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva.
--- Has developed ads for a variety of ad platforms such as Facebook/Instagram, AdWords, Bing Ads, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest (at least few of them).
--- Has developed social media and content media such as infographics, charts, quotes, inspirational images, animated GIFs and other motion graphics, memes, multi-frame carousels and stories, video thumbnails, pins, site banners, and other platform-specific social media graphics, etc.
--- Familiar with design, typography and color theory.
--- Basic understanding of working with HTML/CSS (a plus).
--- Successfully worked on multiple marketing/advertising projects simultaneously and has demonstrated effective prioritization in completing projects on time.
--- Access to high speed internet, dedicated and distraction free work space and able to meet all requirements of this role while working remotely.
--- Tech savvy with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
--- Asana Task Management System (or similar + ability to learn immediately). --- Google Apps - Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive.
--- Communication Tools - Zoom, Skype, Google Meet

Compensation :
This position is a full time, remote, salaried position.
--- Salary: $65,000 - $72,000
--- Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.
