Job Description:

Career Systems Development Corporation (CSD) seeks a dedicated Residential Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our residential facilities within our Job Corps programs. This role is pivotal in ensuring a safe, productive, and nurturing environment for youth as they pursue educational and vocational training. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering a positive atmosphere that supports our students' personal and academic growth while ensuring compliance with all program guidelines and regulations. Supervise daily residential operations and maintain program compliance with all applicable standards and requirements. Coordinate staff schedules, conduct meetings, and oversee residential staff training and development. Implement and enforce all safety protocols and emergency procedures to ensure student safety. Collaborate with educational and administrative staff to support student development and program goals. Monitor student progress and conduct regular evaluations to assess residential life impact on student growth. Act as a liaison between students, parents, and program staff to facilitate effective communication and resolve any issues. Manage budgets and ensure efficient use of resources within the residential program. Strong leadership and managerial skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proven ability to handle crisis situations with sensitivity and discretion Highly organized and capable of multitasking Proficient in data entry and management using various software systems First Aid and CPR certification Certification in Residential Life Management or similar (preferred)
