Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A skilled
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide essential
support to students in a K-12 school setting in York, PA. This
contract position covers a maternity leave and offers a full
37.5-hour workweek, running immediately through the end of the
school year (EOSY). The role involves working with a diverse age
range from kindergarten through 12th grade, ensuring all students
receive targeted speech and language services to support their
communication development. Key Responsibilities: Deliver
comprehensive speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on
student evaluations Collaborate with educators, parents, and
multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Maintain
accurate documentation of therapy sessions and educational reports
Participate in meetings and contribute to development of
communication strategies within the school Qualifications:
Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language
Pathology required Prior experience working in a school setting
preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills to
effectively engage with students and school staff Ability to manage
caseload and prioritize services appropriately Immediate
availability is highly desirable for timely start and interview
