A contract position is available for a Physical Therapist specializing in school-based services at an elementary school in Richmond, ME. This role focuses on supporting students' physical development and rehabilitation needs within an educational environment throughout the current school year. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver physical therapy evaluations and interventions tailored to students' individual education plans (IEPs). - Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to create effective therapy plans. - Monitor student progress and maintain detailed documentation in compliance with school and legal standards. - Participate in team meetings to discuss student goals and strategies. - Provide guidance and training to school staff regarding student mobility and physical health needs.
