Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. A full-time Special Education Case Manager/Coordinator
position is available for the 2025-2026 school year, serving
students in grades K-12. This role focuses on coordinating and
overseeing special education services to ensure compliance and
effective implementation of Individualized Education Programs
(IEPs) for approximately 45 students. Location: Barre, Vermont
Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Duration: Contract through
June 19, 2026 (tentative based on school calendar) Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities include: - Serving as the primary case manager for
around 45 students across two grade levels - Coordinating and
leading IEP meetings, evaluations, and re-evaluations - Writing and
maintaining compliant IEPs, tracking student progress, and managing
timelines - Collaborating consistently with teachers, service
providers, and related staff - Maintaining weekly communication
with families and staff regarding student progress and concerns -
Reviewing academic and behavioral data to inform IEP development
and related decisions - Supporting accommodations and modifications
to ensure student needs are met effectively Ideal candidates will
have: - Valid Vermont Special Educator licensure - Proven
experience in special education case management, IEP writing, and
compliance - Excellent organizational and communication skills -
Ability to work collaboratively within a focused team across
multiple student caseloads - Strong understanding of special
education processes and timelines This coordination-focused
