Deaf Education, active DHH teaching certification, and 1 years
Teacher of the Deaf / Hard of Hearing experience required.
Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be
considered. A part-time teaching opportunity is available for a
Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing to support K-12 students. This
contract position requires 10-12 hours per month, starting as soon
as possible and ending June 17, 2026. Instruction will take place
onsite, split between two school sites located between Hollis and
Brookline, New Hampshire. Key Responsibilities: - Provide
specialized instruction and services to students who are deaf or
hard of hearing across the K-12 range - Collaborate with school
staff and families to develop and implement Individualized
Education Programs (IEPs) - Conduct assessments and monitor student
progress - Participate in meetings and maintain accurate
documentation related to student needs and outcomes Qualifications:
- Active New Hampshire licensure and certification as a Teacher of
the Deaf/Hard of Hearing - Experience working in a school setting
with students who are deaf or hard of hearing - Ability to manage a
K-12 caseload effectively - Completion of district
fingerprinting/background check requirements - Comfortable with
in-person work on multiple school sites - Availability for a Zoom
interview as part of the hiring process This role offers
