Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. A full-time Case Manager position is available in
Kingston, NH, supporting students in grades K-9 at a charter
academy within a K-12 school setting. This contract role offers an
opportunity to work closely with a small caseload of approximately
12-14 students, focusing on small group instruction in reading,
writing, and math. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and support a
caseload of K-9 students with diverse learning needs in a
specialized educational environment. - Facilitate small group
instruction in reading, writing, and math to enhance student
learning outcomes. - Collaborate with educators, families, and
other professionals to develop and implement Individualized
Education Programs (IEPs). - Monitor student progress and adjust
instructional strategies to meet individual goals. - Maintain
accurate and timely documentation and reporting as required.
Desired Qualifications and Experience: - Experience as a Special
Education Teacher or Case Manager in K-12 settings. - Strong skills
in supporting students with special education needs. - Ability to
manage a caseload effectively and provide personalized support to
students. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. -
Familiarity with IEP development and implementation. Location:
Kingston, NH Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week This position is
