Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. This full-time Case Manager position is ideal for a
dedicated Special Education Teacher passionate about supporting K-9
students in a school setting. Located in Kingston, NH, this
contract role serves Seacoast Charter Academy, working with a
manageable caseload of approximately 12-14 students. The position
emphasizes hands-on, small group instruction in reading, writing,
and math to help students achieve their academic goals. Key
Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate special education services
for assigned students Provide individualized, small group
instruction in core subjects including reading, writing, and math
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop
and implement effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as
needed Maintain detailed records and comply with all special
education regulations Qualifications and Experience: Valid Special
Education Teacher certification Experience working with K-9
students in a special education setting Strong skills in case
management and individualized instruction Ability to collaborate
effectively with educational teams and families Commitment to
onsite, full-time work hours (35 hours per week) Location:
