Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Case Manager position is available in Kingston, NH, supporting K-9 students at a Seacoast Charter Academy. This contract role involves working onsite within a small caseload of approximately 12-14 students, focusing on special education services in reading, writing, and math. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee individual education plans (IEPs) for assigned students. Coordinate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student learning and progress. Provide specialized small group instruction and interventions in academic subjects. Monitor and document student progress and participate in team meetings. Qualifications: Experience as a Special Education Teacher or Case Manager in K-12 educational settings. Ability to manage small caseloads and tailor instruction to meet diverse learning needs. Strong organizational and communication skills. Commitment to onsite, full-time work (35 hours per week). Location: Kingston, NH, within the Seacoast region.
