Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A licensed
and certified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to fill a
leave position in a K-12 school setting located in Easton, MD. This
contract role begins approximately February 1st and will last about
12 weeks, with exact end date to be determined. The successful
candidate will provide in-person services to elementary-aged
students requiring speech and language support. Key
responsibilities include: Delivering speech-language pathology
services primarily outside the general education setting Managing a
fluid caseload of approximately 45-50 students with various
disabilities such as Other Health Impairments (OHI), Learning
Disabilities, Autism, and Language Impairment Collaborating with
educators and support staff to support individualized student goals
Qualifications: Must hold a current Maryland license or
certification as a Speech Language Pathologist Experience working
with school-age children, particularly in elementary settings
Ability to provide services in-person, no virtual therapy allowed
Strong communication and organizational skills to manage a dynamic
caseload This position requires a full-time commitment, 5 days per
week (37.5 hours), with a focus on supporting students with special
