Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. An opportunity is available for a Special Education
Teacher specializing in elementary education within a full-time,
contract position for the 2025-2026 school year. This role offers a
hands-on teaching experience with an elementary school caseload in
the Merrimack, NH area, running from ASAP through June 2026. Key
Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education
plans (IEPs) tailored to meet the diverse needs of elementary
students with special education requirements. Collaborate with
classroom teachers, counselors, and support staff to create
supportive learning environments. Monitor and assess student
progress, providing consistent communication with parents and
school administration. Adapt instructional materials and teaching
strategies to accommodate various learning styles and abilities.
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school district
policies and special education regulations. Qualifications:
Previous experience working in a school setting, specifically in
special education. Strong understanding of elementary special
education curricula and state guidelines. Ability to manage a
full-time caseload, typically between 32 to 37.5 hours per week.
Effective communication and organizational skills. Commitment to
student success and advocacy in a collaborative educational
environment. Location: Merrimack, NH (Elementary school
environment) Duration: Contract position covering the complete
