runs from ASAP through June 2026, providing approximately 32 to
37.5 hours per week. The role involves working closely with
students in a middle school setting, focusing on those with
behavioral needs. Key Responsibilities: Assist classroom teachers
in implementing instruction and managing student behavior. Support
individual and group learning activities to promote student growth.
Monitor and document student progress and behavior. Foster a
positive and inclusive classroom environment emphasizing student
engagement. Collaborate with educators and support staff to meet
student needs effectively. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Experience working as a paraprofessional in a school setting,
particularly with middle school students. Comfortable managing
behavioral challenges with sensitivity and professionalism. Strong
communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work
