Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the
2026-2027 school year in a K-12 educational setting located in
Ridgefield, WA. This contract role will serve students across
elementary, middle, and high school levels, addressing a range of
communication disorders among children with various disabilities
from mild to severe. Responsibilities include: Conducting
comprehensive speech and language evaluations Developing and
implementing individualized treatment plans Collaborating with
teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student
progress Maintaining clear and timely documentation of services
provided Participating in team meetings and school activities as
required Qualifications: Washington State certification as a
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Current Certificate of Clinical
Competence (CCC) preferred Experience working within school systems
and familiarity with K-12 student populations Ability to manage a
caseload involving diverse disabilities Strong communication and
interpersonal skills Work schedule: Full-time, five days per week
(Monday-Friday) Approximately 7 hours per day Additional details:
Position requires onsite presence in Ridgefield, WA Interviews will
be conducted promptly via Zoom or in person, based on candidate
