This position supports middle school students as a paraprofessional within a structured educational setting. The role requires dedication to fostering student success and working collaboratively with educators to support learning goals. Location: Andover, MN (Northdale Middle School, 11301 Dogwood St NW, Minneapolis, MN 55448) Duration: Contract role from February 17, 2026, to June 5, 2026 Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:15 AM to 3:15 PM (32.5 hours per week with a 30-minute unpaid lunch) Key Responsibilities: Assist classroom teacher in delivering instructional support to middle school students Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and support academic and behavioral goals Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teaching team Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment Manage classroom resources and support organizational tasks Qualifications: Must meet highly qualified status by one of the following: Pass the MN Board Highly Qualified Para Exam, or Hold at least 60 college credits with official transcripts (diplomas alone are not accepted) Previous experience working with middle school students preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and follow guidance from certified teachers Please note: Candidates must confirm willingness to work at the specified site location.
