Job Description Job Description Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A behavior specialist with full Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is sought to provide expert support to a K-12 school district serving middle and high school students. This contract position is available immediately through June 10, 2026, and involves working across multiple school buildings. Responsibilities include conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing or revising Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs). A key focus will be assisting with the removal of PBSPs for students in higher grades who demonstrate significant progress and no longer require such plans. The role requires thorough documentation of student behavioral changes and close collaboration with the districts behavior team and other staff involved in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Desired Qualifications and Experience: Full Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is mandatory Proven experience conducting FBAs and developing PBSPs in a school setting Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including behavior specialists and IEP staff Strong organizational skills for accurate documentation and progress tracking Familiarity with K-12 educational environments, especially middle and high school levels Location: Bethlehem, Pennsylvania Multiple school buildings within the district This contract offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' educational experiences by supporting positive behavioral outcomes.
