Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Two full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) positions are available for
maternity leave coverage at elementary schools in the northern
Atlanta area. These contract assignments begin in early to
mid-March and continue through the end of the 2025-2026 school year
(last day 5/22/26). Both roles serve elementary-aged students and
require working onsite Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
Assignments are located in Acworth and Woodstock, GA.
Qualifications and Experience: Active Georgia DOE Certification
Active Georgia Speech-Language Pathology License Experience working
in school settings preferred Candidates with 0 to 10 years of
school-based SLP experience are encouraged to apply Ability to
provide speech and language therapy to elementary-aged children Not
open to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
Responsibilities: Deliver speech and language services to meet
students individual education plan (IEP) goals Collaborate with
teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student
progress Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state
and federal requirements Participate in team meetings and
contribute to intervention planning Provide evaluation and
assessment as needed Location: Canton, GA (Elementary School) part
of the northern Atlanta area This position is a valuable
