Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A temporary
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to provide
coverage during a leave of absence starting approximately February
1st. This role offers the opportunity to support elementary school
students in Easton, MD, for a 12-week assignment, with the end date
to be determined. Responsibilities include delivering direct
speech-language services to a caseload of approximately 45-50
students, primarily outside the general education setting. The
caseload includes students with disabilities such as Other Health
Impairments (OHI), Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Language
Impairment. Daily work commitment is five days per week, totaling
37.5 hours, with all services provided in person. Virtual service
delivery is not applicable for this role. Candidates must hold an
active Maryland licensure or certification as a Speech Language
Pathologist and have experience working with school-aged children
in an educational environment. Familiarity with a diverse caseload
and knowledge of service delivery in special education settings are
essential. Key Qualifications: Licensed or Certified Speech
Language Pathologist in Maryland Experience supporting
elementary-aged students with disabilities including OHI, Learning
Disabilities, Autism, and Language Impairment Ability to manage a
fluid caseload of 45-50 students Skill in providing individualized
speech and language therapy outside of general education classrooms
Commitment to in-person service delivery for five days per week
over the assignment duration This travel position offers valuable
