Educational Technician (Level II or III) position is available at
an elementary school in Damariscotta, ME, for the current school
year through June 12, 2026. This contract role offers the
opportunity to work onsite within a supportive K-5 educational
environment focused on life skills development. Key
Responsibilities: Provide direct support to students in grades K-5
using a life skills-based curriculum Assist classroom teachers in
implementing instructional strategies tailored to individual
student needs Monitor and document student progress, adapting
support methods as necessary Foster a positive and inclusive
learning environment for all students Collaborate with educational
staff to support behavioral and academic goals Qualifications and
Experience: Certification or experience as an Educational
Technician Level II or III Prior experience supporting K-5
students, particularly with life skills or special education
programs Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage
effectively with students, teachers, and staff Ability to work
onsite 32 hours per week, adhering to the contract timeline
Capability to implement behavior management strategies and maintain
accurate records Location: Damariscotta, Maine (on-site) Benefits
