Job Description Job Description Bachelor’s degree in Education,
valid state Teaching license or certification, and 1 years Teaching
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. This role focuses on
delivering Health and Physical Education instruction to students in
grades K-12 within various school districts in Lehigh County, PA.
The part-time position requires approximately 20 hours per week,
spread across three days, with a contract running until June 12,
2026 (tentative, aligned with the school calendar). Although the
main office is located in Schnecksville, PA, the teaching
assignments are based in Catasauqua, Parkland, and Salisbury School
Districts. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement
standards-based Health and Physical Education lessons that
encourage physical fitness, health literacy, and lifelong wellness.
Foster development of motor skills, teamwork, and promote healthy
lifestyle choices among students. Ensure a safe, inclusive, and
supportive classroom environment. Differentiate instruction to
accommodate diverse learning needs and abilities. Monitor and
assess student progress, providing constructive feedback. Maintain
the safety of classroom and physical education equipment.
Collaborate with school staff and maintain communication with
families as appropriate. Qualifications and Experience: Valid
Pennsylvania Instructional Certificate in Health & Physical
Education PK12 or Physical Education PK12. Bachelors degree in
Health, Physical Education, Kinesiology, or a related field.
Experience working with K-12 students in educational settings
preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Location:
Position serves schools in Lehigh County, specifically within
Catasauqua, Parkland, and Salisbury School Districts, Pennsylvania.
