Job Description Job Description Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A school-based position is available for a Behavior Specialist with Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credentials to support students in Enfield, NH. This full-time contract role spans the school year from August 2026 to June 2027, with a schedule Monday through Friday, averaging 32-37.5 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect and analyze data on student behaviors to inform treatment adjustments Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student progress Provide direct one-on-one support to students with behavioral challenges Qualifications: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience working in school settings preferred Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Excellent communication and teamwork skills Location: Enfield, New Hampshire This opportunity offers a chance to make a meaningful impact on student success within a supportive school environment.
