Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time,
onsite position is available for a skilled Speech-Language
Pathologist (SLP) to support K-12 students in a school setting
located in Norwich, CT. This contract role offers the opportunity
to make a meaningful difference in the communication development
and academic success of diverse student populations. Key
Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language,
voice, and communication disorders for K-12 students. Develop
individualized treatment plans and provide direct therapy services.
Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and support staff to
integrate speech-language goals within the educational environment.
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance
with school and state regulations. Participate actively in
multidisciplinary meetings and professional development activities.
Required Qualifications: Valid state licensure or certification as
a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience working with pediatric
populations, preferably within school settings. Strong
understanding of K-12 speech and language development standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work
onsite full time and adapt to the dynamic school environment.
Location: Onsite position based in Norwich, CT. Compensation:
