business area is seeking a Senior Program Quality Engineer in the
Small Form Factor Solutions (SFFS) Product Line. You can help our
teams solve some of the most complex technical security and

- Represent Program Quality within a large Production
Program.
- Review Program Contract Requirements and develop / implement
Quality Planning
- Program Quality interface for Supplier efforts
- Quality Assurance Visual Mechanical Inspection (QAVMI) and Sell
Off Support
- Quality Management Systems Audits
- First Article Inspections (FAI) & Production Process
Verification (PPV)
- Material Review Board and Failure Review Board
- Driving Root Cause / Corrective Actions across the Program for
internal, supplier, and Customer CARs
- Perform Data Analysis to drive Continuous Improvement efforts
and establish Risk Mitigation effortsRequired Education,
Experience, & Skills
- Active Secret Clearance
- Must be able to obtain SAP / SAR clearance
- Bachelor's Degree and 2-4+ years of experience or 6-8+ years of
experience in lieu of degree
- Self-starter must be able to perform job duties in high-paced
environment with limited supervisionPreferred Education,
Experience, & Skills Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Program Quality experience
- Contract Review and Requirements Flow Down
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt Certifications
- Risk and Opportunity (R&O) experience
- Lifecycle Management Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel,
Word)
- Experience in Root Cause Corrective Action methodologies and
activities
- Strong and Demonstrated Communication Skills (written, verbal,
visual) and interpersonal skills (listening and communicating
within a group/team environment)
- Demonstrated teamwork contribution
- Ability to work independently and with little or no direct
oversight
- Produce high quality work in a fast paced, dynamic work
environment
- AS9100 & AS9145 Experience
- Supplier & Supply Chain Experience
- Experience with supporting DoD Programs
- FAI-PPV Experience
- Material Management and Supplier ClausingPay
InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $95106 - $161680Please note:
This range is based on our market pay structures. However,
individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors
including, but not limited to: business considerations, local
market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate
qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Employee
