Job Description:
This Quality Engineer role focuses on driving product quality
improvements through data analysis, root cause investigations, and
compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards. The position
involves interfacing with customers, leading internal audits, and
implementing advanced metrology and statistical tools to enhance

Description The key responsibilities of the Quality Engineer are:
Work closely with customers to resolve quality concerns and analyze
product performance. Lead root cause analysis and corrective action
initiatives. Conduct product measurement testing and statistical
analysis. Oversee first article inspections, capability studies,
and PPAP documentation. Drive process validation, Gage R&R, and
PFMEA activities. Perform internal audits and support ISO quality
management system compliance. Profile The successful Quality
Engineer will have the following: Strong background in plastic
injection molding and metrology. Proficient in reading complex part
prints and applying geometric tolerancing (GD&T). Experience
with SPC, SQC tools, and statistical data analysis. Knowledge of
ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality management systems. Strong
organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Job
