Global aerospace leader with cutting-edge projects Precision-driven, high-performance engineering culture Massive opportunity to own key process improvements Job Details Improve and implement manufacturing methods that enhance efficiency and precision Validate processes through hands-on evaluations with shop floor teams Support new product introduction (NPI), quality audits, ECNs, and FAI documentation Drive the resolution of nonconformance reports and ensure that corrective actions are effective Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to improve FTY and throughput Train and support peers on system functions and best practices Ensure compliance with customer specs, contracts, and aerospace quality standards What You’ll Need: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field 2 years’ experience in aerospace or manufacturing engineering Working knowledge of CAD/CAM, CNC/CMM, and shop floor processes Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools Experience with plasma coating, laser drilling, FMEA, and inspection methods Clear communicator, problem solver, and continuous improvement mindset Interested in hearing more?
